LICPerks works entirely through your phone’s web browser. Once you scan the QR code at a business and check in, your perk is active for </span><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2 hours</strong><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">.
